4-Week Starter Program

Get started on your strict pull-up journey with my 4-week foundational program. Build strength, stability, and control with exercises like dead hangs, scapular activation, rows, and more — all designed to prepare you for your first strict pull-ups.

You’ll get personal video tips from me to keep you motivated and on track, plus the accountability you need to form consistent habits.

Once you complete 4 weeks, you can repeat the program for 8 weeks or level up to Level 2 to continue your progression. Start building your pull-up foundation today — no hype, just real results.
